What is wrong with me I can't smoke the cannabis now. I used to be able to smoke all day and now this new stuff just give me physical anxiety. I have no reason to worry but as soon as I take more than 1 hit my chest tightens and I start thinking I've gone down the wrong path in life all the way back to when I became conscious. What is that? I know it's not just me because many other psychonaut's feel the same way but other people don't. What I've noticed is it's the ones who haven't, or can't, go deeper don't have this happen to them. Is it the new weed now days, scientifically altered to bend to the will of humans unlike the bud of the past? Or is it just us?

It’s very easily explainable, it’s not an industry and deep state controlled plan, it’s literally just the weed was lower percent thc and it wasn’t being genetically engineered to create the highest possible thc content, it’s the result of your nervous system not being well acclimated to being blasted like that, it’s also to be respected, maybe using it as a sacrament, and only toking when you can meditate after could be more respectful, your body has a voice, you just need to make sure you use many avenues of reasoning as your bodies translator. Don’t assume the worst because we have an ability to tell our mind any number of stories for why our body feels something, make sure you don’t allow physical stressors to agitate you into generating narratives that match the state of your neurons. Be wiser than your body by being privy to the stories you tell yourself to explain it. The thc percent is way higher, and the context for which your mind can elaborate its state through, has become more complex as the world has changed as well, that’s my way of saying that the body is using the mind to explain its existence, but the mind uses the environment at large to feed that narrative for the body. ❤

😂 the first time I ever took any shrooms (liberty caps and not very strong) I found them in a patch of grass near the FDA in MD and I only dried them for about 4 hours on the balcony in the ☀️anyway I decided to hand wash clothes while (barely but still) tripping and I remember how fun and interesting it seemed wringing them out on the floor of my apt 😂watching the water splashing down and just thinking 🤔 what difference does it make it’s just soapy water I’ll just mop the floor afterwards lol😂 that was my first time ever tripping and the effects were super mild but still fun! I’ve still only done them twice since then and the second time was so much stronger and more intense ! Wow I’m surprised I did them a third time at all. That’s all I can say.
