Prison actually looks really good on these two. Their marriage was a joke before they went, it's probably over now, but it wasn't worth shit then. Teresa lived in a crazy, fantasy, world, of denial pre prison days, completely oblivious to reality, and Joe was an arrogant, self centered, prick. Teresa seems more in touch with reality in this interview than she has ever been in all the years of being on the show, and Joe just seems like he's more humble, go with the flow. It sucks to see that it looks like he's finally treating Teresa like she's a person now that their lives have all but dissolved, but that's how things like this work. They both seem happier though, even though Joe's of in a foriegn country, he seems like his head's on right, and Teresa seems like her feet are finally touching ground.

The truth is joe has been living a bad life & it caught up with him. His parents moved here when he was little. His parents & siblings all became us citizens & joe never did. He was scamming & stealing with mortgage fraud & all kinds of stuff. He got a dui & drove using his brothers liscense . Joe never played by the rules & us paying for it. Teresa I'm sure knew what joe was doing as her signature was on things so she got 11 months but he was the mastermind . They pissed off the wrong people & joe says he knows who ratted him out. Teresa thinks it was caroline. Those og nj housewives all have shady things going on. Jaqueline & chris mansion got foreclosed & they moved to vegas. Caroline's family is alleged to be connected. Her & dina married manzo brothers. So Caroline's brother in law, dinas ex hired a guy to slash up dinas new husbands face. They all are criminals.

Joe had a green card but never went through the process to become a citizen. Because he committed a felony after he finished his sentence he was immediately detained again and sat in jail for an extra 7 months with ICE, pending deportation. That is what they are complaining about and why he asked to just go to Italy.

I feel that Caroline called it. It’s not that she was malicious she’s just honest. When you’re a close friend and practically family at one point you kind odd know where things are headed. I personally feel that the show makes them try to live beyond their means. So many of the housewives are divorced, having money issues or out of touch with reality. Some just leave for peace of mind.
