The pain down the right leg sounds like sciatica! Fairly common during pregnancy. It’s from pressure being put on the sciatic nerve!

Sending positive thoughts your way!! You seem to mention each week how "big" you feel you are, but you have one of the cutest baby bumps out there! I hope you can embrace the ups and downs without taking on too much of everyone else's expectations of "the appropriate size for a pregnant body." Please share any and all melasma tips... I'm 35 as well, and feel that the darkness makes me look so much older than I feel. 😒 Also, regarding your pain, have you made it in to see the chiro since you've been back in the states? I saw a chiro regularly from 28 weeks, and a) I never had a pregnancy waddle, and b) besides ligament stretching and such, I didn't experience much pain. I 100% think its due to the regular chiro visits.

Yup had the pain up the back of my leg when I was pregnant and the hip pain. For me it was pelvic girdle pain. ❤️
