It's like a chicken po-boy, but with teriyaki chicken instead. A taste of home (Louisiana for me) mixed with Japanese cuisine. I will definitely be trying this soon.

lightsoutisay As I said, what people in japan eat USUALLY. If some german food channel introduces a Gulash soup, that doesn't mean they are going to be a new hungarian food channel, because many german eat gulash in common.

I think if you use a white cooking wine instead it will be fine. That's what I'm going to use just because we don't typically have sake at home.
