Termignoni - Header for Honda X-ADV H142

Hi Termignoni! Can you help me out with the db killer? I have tried to remove the bolt that holds the db killer but it dont want to come out. 5 mil too big so we tried with 4.5 mil allen key but don't move at all. Do you have any idea how to remove it?
