Earth sent cockroaches to Mars to help terraform the planet but they grew sentient, mutated into humanoids, formed their own group and planned to invade earth. To deal with them the earth's nations sent their teams of super soldiers enhanced with animal dna to eradicate them or at least prevent them from reaching the earth. It's sort of like attack on titan but in space.

You got one part right, They can transform into bugs so for example transforming into a ant and being able to move 50x their own bodyweight The part you got wrong, They're not on earth, you can see the meteor orbiting the planet in the second opening

It's so hype when it came out, people said the premise, the idea is equal to AOT and some people said better, because back then it same, like AOT, Tokyo Ghoul, etc With gore, and awesome fight, even gift you some knowledge about bugs & some unique animal, The reasons it stopped because the source is hiatus, and maybe everyone don't know but after beginning ova's eps then S1 & S2 they make ova's sequel, but it just in there region and they just make the sequel to far from S2 If the source get continue until the end maybe they gonna get a remake or sequel 3rd S

I did see this anime. It was awesome. But I gave up on it but I am thinking of returning to it. Why I gave up on it? Terraformars was nice and was awesome because it was horror. I enjoy that in anime. Buuuutttt.... when I started Terraformars Revenge is became more of a comedy and I was like ".... so now it's a comedy and not horror?". That is why I dropped it. But I do plan on finishing it. I'm the kind of person that if I start it and didn't enjoy it, i'll return to it or just finish it. Kinda like how I'll do with some animes like Angel Beats, Demon Slayer, Jujutsu Kaisen, etc. I didn't enjoy these at all but will finish it someday.

This is the only show where i have read manga after first season. But later return to watch season 2. The hype with this show is out of this world. Badassery is contagious. The problem is that this show is so violet that censorship with black bars is everywhere. Also character that had powers of honey badger is killed offscreen and that is just impossible. Honey badgers are immortal.
