Pls dont go for pu injection grouting,because its not permanent and expensive also. Pls open the crack on roof top,fill it with pu sealant or modified sealant and apply 4 coats of acrylic coating material, u can also use mesh or fiber mat with the coating.

Polyurethane is just a temporary relief, if you want to give permanent solution, then go for epoxy grouting along with exposed floor waterproofing coating (cementitious coat as primary coating+ PU as top coating) Moreover PU will make a permanent bond break between concrete cracks
