Fun fact- the AppleCare replacements are actually not brand new but rather they are certified refurb units from Apple. That iPad you received is not brand new. (Source: I work at an Apple authorized service provider)

5:31 It’s not really the _wrong_ iPad - the model Anna had has been out of stock and production for years , as it came out 6 years ago, so Apple had to replace it with the model that’s closest (in short an equivalent). 🙂
