Have you considered making a house rule to replace cards from your start of turn draw that are not applicable for solo play? Seems like you are just making it harder on yourself by throwing cards away occasionally because they don't fit or matter for solo play.

Thats how the solo works, but just get the automa expansion, that will add a mara bot so the game feels like a two player game, its by far the best expansion for solo players

Looking dicey here, oxygen is looking a bit low! Just to add to the previous comment, you could have used 3 titanium (you had 4) to play a water tile last round. Also, not that it matters now that you have a tile down, but the mining area card MUST be placed adjacent to a tile you own. If you don't have any tiles, you cannot play the card.
