Nice build but you should of painted it the original colour not just bare metal with clear coat .

Yep - we realised that during filming and it has since been fixed up! If you get the chance to see the FJ at one of the 4WD shows, she's all finished and fixed up! Cheers TT

OMG you guys, that truck is fuckin amazing. Good on both of you. I knew you were a pro. but damn what a turn out! I have to laugh about what people that live in dry climates consider "rust". hahaha, that's not rust where I am from. If you don't oil everything under your car yearly it wouldn't even be a vehicle in ten years... The 70 series get's a coat of oil twice a year. When it stops seeping and dripping goo all over the bloody place it's time for some more, it's environmentally friendly rust inhibitor of course! Basically here if you can see through where metal once was you better buy something to weld in place/. Do you like the gassers better Allan? or just because it was born an FJ does it offend the land cruiser gods to make it a BJ?
