dhartgrove05 Not sure what you are referring to when you say "the device" but I will try and explain. 1.) The microphone that he's talking into is just like any microphone. It goes straight to the Front of House mixing board. But it is not sent out over the loudspeakers. It is sent back to each band members personal monitor. 2.) The blue box that is near the singers is called an Aviom. It is a personal monitor that the band members can use to control what they hear. If they want more piano or drums or lead, each of those is assigned to a channel, and all they do is turn it up/down. And the microphone that Terrence is talking in is on one of the 16 channels of the Aviom. 3.) The box to the left of the Aviom has several sound modules. A sound module is basically the brains of a keyboard without the piano keys. This enables him to plug the keyboard that he is playing up to the modules and play the sounds on them too. Hope this helps.
