I always liked how pre-hardmode has so many alternatives to the potion that are availible, you could use honey bottles to get a regen buff, honeyfins if your willing to stomach fishing in honey, healing potions as a solid all round (and easy to obtain) option, restoration potion to heal more often, or even strange brews if your into the gambling lifestyle. unfortunately, all of that variety is lost in hardmode, so im glad the jungle juice is being added. I do wish it was a little more unique though then just being a slighty worse super potion, like maybe it heals 150 but if your already at full HP it can temporarily overheal you or something. that would make sense given its life fruit properties.

You probably mentioned it before, but I found out recently Terraria did a crossover with a game called Apico and the game’s got a Halloween event with numerous references to terraria such as a suspicious looking eye with the tooltip saying “this is going to be a terrible night”, a wisp that says “Screams are echoing from the dungeon”, and the beekeeper sword is there too. In normal gameplay there’s also a zypher fish and you can make the PWNHammer too.

When I saw this state of the game, I was really glad to see this! I bet I've lost over 100 platinum because of missing the reforges that I've wanted. Reforging summoning staffs will be interesting, because typically you would want Ruthless, but this seems to just stop at the highest modifier rarity available. Being able to pick one to stop at would be nice, though that's an awkward spot to implement new UI. No space in the chat box, and the usual sidebar is taken up by reforges. Maybe cleaner toasts for reforges could be an alternative way to alleviate the issue? Identifiable icons?

I've been praying for a reforge rework for almost a decade now. Also it's nice that jungle healing potions work as an intermediate between the Post-WoF/Pre-Mechanical greater potions & the Post-Pillar/Pre-Moonlord super potions, as a Post-Mechanical/Pre-Plantera potion. It was quite a leap going from an early hardmode to late hardmode healing style, so having a mid hardmode potion is rather convenient.

Having gotten into Core Keeper I can see the sort of "modern" conveniences Terraria could use. Those are some nice updates. I still think the mobility upgrades you get through Terraria make the whole experience better. Sailing over the little obstacles you previously had to deal with is nice.

For reforging, I feel like if you're clicking fast enough, that change isn't enough. It still relies on your reflexes to stop. An option for it to auto-stop on the "Best" modifier for an item would be great, or even just an optional short delay between reforge clicks. Like a half second or something
