There is an item called an obsidian insta bridge that makes obsidian platforms instead of wood, so lava slimes can't break the bridge, and it can be upgraded into a double version that is perfectly proportioned for a hell arena. (There is no mini version so it does destroy everything in its path)

@@toastNeko Critter Companionship works from the inventory (at least, it does once tinkered together with the Dryad's environmental preservation book, don't remember atm if it works from the inventory alone.) also I have no shame in playing Eternity with an accessory slot mod. If you're going to make me wait to use combined enchantments until after CULTIST, I am going to cheat. Not for, like, thirty slots, mind you. Just enough to have a proper vanilla accessory loadout plus an enchantment or two.
