Terraria but I added some mods

So I may have added some mods to Terraria... about 37 of them to be exact. Some of them are good, others randomise the size of every single enemy! It is an interesting experience, even though the world can barely hold itself together. Will I be able to beat a boss under these conditions? And what other horrors will I encounter...
