Terraria, but I Can Only Use REAL WEAPONS! (Part 2)

In a game full of crazy and magical devices, I am only allowed to use weapons that exist in the real world. Will I be able to beat Terraria with only real weapons, looks like its time to find out! In the last episode I managed to beat the Wall of Flesh and enter hard mode, so in this episode I prepare to take on the mechs!

Ngl in my first terraria switch playthrough I was farming pixie dust and light shards in the hallowed desert at the start of hard mode. It was next to the jungle and I killed 1 angry trapper and got an uzi. I was really happy.

The set bonus is why. A full set of Adamantite Armor gives a 25% chance not to consume ammo. For a playthrough using mainly ranged weapons, this is really good.

I usually try to go for palladium for the healing, orichalcum for its petal effect, and titanium for its high defense and spinning projectile effect. Pre 1.4 was dodge chance which was the old reason why.

i have a recomendation for a challenge, you should do it so when you start, you cant get off a mount, you have to hop on a mount anytime you respawn, and the mount prefered is either the slime saddle or queen slimes verion of the slimey saddle

Hey Beaver... in Mobile, when i fight the twins, I let spaztimasm despawn. Pro tip from me- Dodge quickly when spaz is in 2nd form. So you can kill retinazer immideatly.

tip: don't use meteor shot with shotguns, or else only the first projectile will hit because of the piercing s. Use explosive bullets, or anything else that doesn't pierce for maximum damage

Pro tip: In the twins fight, when there is only the retinater phase 2 left, you can box yourself, leaving a 1 block hole to shoot through, cheesing it.

Imagine a play through where you can only use real weapons, armor, tools, etc. Not just real weapons but real everything. Bombs would become the most needed resource. It would also cause debate of what’s considered real. Like is the Picksaw real. It drops from lizard aliens but what it’s made of is debatable. I mean bone lee drops black belts and that certainly is real. Is the picksaw just made of an orange wood or painted orange metal with some gold? Looks like it could be but it’s impossible to tell. That’s just one example, you don’t really need a picksaw but you get my point.

were you using meteor shot with the shotgun? meteor shot piercing enemies is actually bad on some weapons because it gives the enemy some invincibility frames, making it so only 1 pellet can deal damage at a time. Meteor shot is better with single shot weapons like sniper or musket, as the fire rate gives the gun enough time for the i frames to go away before firing again

in my infernum playthrough that i'm doing right now, while i was preparing for golem, i got a blood moon, solar eclipse just as the blood moon ended, and once i finished selling all the junk i got from the two of them, a pirate invasion started.
