Using I-frames to ignore the bullet hell.
Elemental Shiv is probably the best for guardians phase, not sure about the rest of the fight.

They work with wings, every time I bounce off platform i do that a little bit faster. Probably not must have on Providence, but it still helps. Best accessory in the game.

It has 10% chance of dropping, it looks like you are just unlucky I'm afraid. ... I checked it definitely drops from the Dragonfolly. Good luck!

a bit late but i recommend using Greatsword Of Judgment. It's made of 6 lumininte bars and works well against Providence too
