The worst ones would be Sandstorm in a bottle and Terragrim. The former only lootable from pyramids that aren't guaranteed (on top of the item not being guaranteed in the chest either) which is necessary for the bundle of ballons, and the later being a 2% drop chance on a rare and often hard to find sword shrine.

If you play a single world you may not be able to get items from special settings like pyramids, living trees, and sword shrines. You may have a few of these structures, but it almost certainly won't be enough to get all of the special items related to them. People who hop between many worlds probably wouldn't see these items as rare since these structures are on/near the surface and not too hard to find.

You can actually kill dungeon guardian thanks the whips like snapthorn or durendal they increase melee speed for 3 seconds and can also stack making fetid or psycho knife faster but the nerf on fetid (25 percent melee speed bonuses only) it makes it way worse but still its one of the fastest if your only on god mode
