I evaluated the performance of various presets on the Steam Deck for TerraTech Worlds (Steam Next Fest Demo).
For me, the medium preset is optimal. The game maintains appealing visuals while delivering a good framerate between 30 to 40 fps.
The higher presets were also playable, but with occasional framedrops to about 20fps.
What are your thoughts? Which settings do you prefer on the Steam Deck?

Currently I'm using all low settings fps locked to 30 and the game runs well. Might try your settings today and see how it goes. Game is pretty fun ngl

How did you get the controller working ? The game dors not recognize any input from my Deck 😢

Hey. Mine just worked right away. Maybe you can choose a different controller layout and see if this works?

Thanks for your answer. I tried many layouts but none of them worked. But when I dock my Deck on a TV with an external controller, it works... Pretty strange
