We bought on here 1 year ago, beautiful resort. The one left skeleton is sold and will be finished. Rest of the unbuild part of the resort is also sold and will be developed. Most bank owned appartments are now sold but still some good deals to be made. Restaurant and supermarket are open all year round. Thanx for the vid Shaun

Nice video (and ducks for non golfers🤣) Saurines is a lovely golf course. We considered buying here, but chose the completed La Torre instead of this half built resort that only has one restaurant. It will be fabulous when they complete it! They are building some detached houses with pools there now that are very nice!

Would love to know your thoughts on the most habitable golf community in this region. I’ve been looking at Roda for location but Mar Menor looks to have a nice community whilst still only a short drive to the beach? Appreciate your thoughts looking to purchase next year.

I don't know Roda but know Mar Menor & La Torra Golf Resorts being the best in the Murcia Region as they are both fully completed and Mar Menor has no problems while La Torre has had a flooding problems over the past couple of years. I'm no golf person but hopefully my comment helps.
