That would be good advice, but not for everyone; If someone identifies with his body than evolution is taking place slow because this message encourages the current state of being; If someone identifies with his mind it is the same, evolution is still slow and the message does no good in this case either...Only when one does not identify with those and he is himself/herself, only than this message is good; And the majority of people don't know who they are, so this message leads astray...
