Man I'm loving these "terrible customer" stories in the screen printing industry. A lot of podcast or vlogs do not talk about this. You should consider doing like a weekly "terrible customers" vlog.

Great explanation on cropping the car from the photo! Photoshop works some wonders when you know how to use its powers. Huge fan of yours! The true life stories are nice to hear and they’re just an issue with humans and running a business. Problems that we all will encounter.

Another excellent video, sir. A lot of headaches come from headache makers. If you see any kind of red flag drop them. Customer provided shirts are never a good idea. Thanks for being here!

Much easier to use a layer mask because you can go back, edit and fix. If you miss or erase too much of the image it easier to change brushes and clean it up. Or for more precise clips use the pen tool.

You're totally right about the customer crying about $20.00 t-shirt that lasts forever, but it must people is ok to pay the same for a pizza that only lasts about an hour after you eat it 😅

my invoice quotes are notified that ten percent of total cost of order is not refundable and they must sign it to OK the invoice, submitted with 50% up front,

Detail is everything in screen printing..I just had a job were they wanted me to copy shirt..in a area a word was spelled wrong...now I could have just done copied the job..but I didnt I reached out to customer and told them a word was spelled wrong.so I had to wait and send email to let them know.....they were happy I caught miss spelled word........and another way to look at a FINISH product..if it was your money would u be happy with finished product..if not then u know something is off.... Why do u use printavo...you seem smart like, that u would create your own program to use...I hate that my girlfriend aka boss uses printavo...I think the money spent each month to year could be spent smarter by creating your own business programs..is there something I dont understand???????

I personally would say it’s worth using in this stage of business because you aren’t thinking about the cost behind building and developing a functional website that needs to be constantly tended to for bug fixes etc. I personally think if you want to create your own software it should be after you’ve established your shop and it can run without you. Then you can put that time, focus and money into building the second part of the business. it definitely cost way more than $1200 to develop a complex system like printavo has

@@NumaInk its 4000 for the year with printavo...4000 × 5yrs is 20 grand...shop has been running for over 25 yrs..I feel my girlfriend is a dinosaur when it comes to today's technology in options to make things easier and better....and when I saw printavo at a shop and that shop doesn't use printavo it enlightened me..I hate that printavo knows everything about business as a 3rd party outsider, thatreally has nothing to do with finding business..I just need to figure out a few things.. I appreciate your response. The channel owner never answers comments..
