People usually keep the exploration videos short as part of KZbin marketing strategy but there are audiences who love to watch a detailed long video and yes, people like us watch the full videos if the content is worthy, even some parts in repeat. I was studying about this place and as part of my research I checked over 20 videos on KZbin and how annoying it was to see the other KZbinrs how they didn't even try going deep. Yours was the best one so far, it was way detailed than any other more viewed or more subscribed channels' videos, so hats off to your courage, to the attention to details, please keep making videos like this, don't ever change, stay safe stay blessed.

Thank you comments like this really do mean a lot... One thing we have always said we will try and do is be ourselves and not be influenced by other people hopefully then people will want to be like us! What’s the point of travelling thousands of miles to shell 15 minutes of footage missing all the good bits! But also we like to have fun and enjoy ourselves at the same time rather than it just being a chore

This is the best of the clips I've seen of people sneaking onto poveglia island. No scared people who think they hear voices and then freak out speaking only in whispers. You two knew of the history yet acted just like any ordinary explorers who didn't let silly fear get in the way of exploring the buildings. I enjoyed your humor and plain talk throughout. This is what a professional exploration is all about.

If you know the story you also know there is nothing to fear. It's a normal island. The building was a normal hospital. Nobody got tortured or murdered there.
@Roaming_Wolf Жыл бұрын
To @FindersBeepersHistorySeekers: Greetings! Fascinating place. I am a City of Chicago Licensed Stationary Engineer. Those were steam boilers that you found. The "crematorium" chamber is actually a steam sterilizer for the hospital. It's new enough that it was put in after the discovery of pathogens. It's insulated and the "dogs" the large pressure proof closers around the door held in the massive heat and some pressure the sterilizer used. If I was with you I could tell you all about the mechanicals. The one hospital room clearly had a neatly pitched vent for plumbing so it was also fairly newer. Most could probably be made to function at some level again with proper work. Of course some fitting would need replacing but much of the piping if closed to the air may be okay. Especially the drains which are made to be open to atmosphere. The used durable stuff, cast iron and lead which last centuries.
@reinetvanjaarsveld4594 жыл бұрын
You really captured the atmosphere of this place - beautiful drone footage. Despite the macabre history, I could sense the peacefulness you both described. I don’t doubt that there are a lot of restless souls wandering about the island, evil and benign - but I just felt a profound sense of sadness when you were filming in the ‘burning fields’. Thank You Gentlemen - lovely work!

250.000 people died there ashes was often trowen in the sea. Early 1700 plaque sick people till around 1850. Around 1350 there were people living on the island but they moved and flee because of a war. To much to tell, sorry for my spelling mistakes learned English from tv.

Excellent Narrating throughout your video guys‼️ it's unbelievable that such a beautiful island and buildings would be used for such events‼️ Nature is certainly taking the Island back to eradicate all the negative energy from the centuries off death ‼️I couldn't imagine what it must have been like for the sick. To be taken to the Island and left to Die‼️ Just so much sadness attached to a beautiful place‼️😢😢❤️❤️Thanks for taking the risk to film the Island for your page. I totally understand how yous were continusslly on edge about time and being spotted by the Police. As it's to much to lose. So I'm so glad yous got off the Island safe. This was a great exploration, though you didn't know quite a few facts going in - the doctor allegedly jumped, fell or was pushed from the bell tower, the one you tried to access - it has been bricked up for years and I'm not sure it still even has a bell but as you heard and recorded, a bell did sound - this is just one of the paranormal events that happen on the island, so it was great you got that. The circular machines were indeed Crematory. Plague Masks had long pointed noses that the wearers would fill with herbs and flowers to filter out the bad smell and hopefully prevent them inhaling harmful bacteria. I was very shocked to see the wooden bridge burnt like that, in many videos I've seen before, its a planked bridge all the way across, so that explains why the police keep people away, to deter destructive morons who will do things like that. The Hexagon Island was part of the Islands' protection, there were four, so what happened to the other three and is there anything more to the Hexagons like lower levels ? I've seen many clips of yours on the show Slapped Ham, so this was fun to see.

Pretty cool, fellas. I remember watching Ghost Adventures when they visited there in one of their earliest seasons, must've been 15 years ago or so. Haunted AF! Those voices you heard were spirits, of course. One decidedly creepy locaation!
