Used to hang around this area quite a bit, my Girlfriend and I visited the beaches often, normally I took my boat from Boqueron, and did some scuba diving fishing, gathered some clams, en la Playita, which is located by the cave down the hill, light up a fire by the beach and cook some mariscos, did I say I miss those days? The lady with the dogs, that family have lived there like forever, miss those days. Lot's of fruit trees around the area. OFF works good for mosquitoes. Mangles = Mangrove I think. There is a pretty open entrance to the cave that should be your clue, once you get in watch for bat droppings and try not to slip, you are very brave! There are other outlets around the main cave don't go in those, remember Pirates had to carry los botines, they were heavy and pretty big, so they used the main entrance. Be careful you will need a good light source, to get inside and explore, some passages are very tight, and don't get lost! There is a very dangerous, is a very tight and dangerous, passage that will take you to a spot you will see some human remains, just a few bones and a skull, they were pretty well kept and who knows how long ago they were placed there, some say they were from Cofresi or maybe one of his pitates.

Very insightful, I have family from Roatan, some say I have liniage from Pirate John Coxen. My Facial features are exactly like Pirate John Coxen. Though I don't frequent the Island. There are so many areas in Roatan to Fall in Love, and of course areas of inspiration.. and of course the first Survivor TV series was filmed in Lawson rock ❤️ area as well. Be safe.

You need a real flashlight with high luminance that will go 50 to 100 feet that can also be used as a weapon. They also make headlamps so you don’t have to carry it and when in the bushy areas a face cover so spiders don’t get on your face, Avon skin so soft oil is best mosquito repellent the original oil.

Them first people that give you funny looks were obviously upto no good?🤔, probably gangbangers or drugs dealers!😌, the other funny looks are probably just cause some people act funny when you're filming this is just their nervousness of being filmed!😂, also fear is one of the biggest killers n forms of control, as you've proved many time's that you can do it if you overcome your fear!😁, as someone who used to do alot of caving n potholing when I was younger I thoroughly enjoyed this, if I was there in person I would have explored more, n probably would have took a metal detector n dug where it sounded like something was buried!😂, bat's don't bother me they're adorable however rabbies isn't!😱😂, We have lots of smuggler's cave's n tunnels from pirates here in the UK!😁, I was half expecting a drunken Jack Sparrow to pop round the corner muttering some jibberish!🤣😂, or maybe Batman?😂, anyway always keep your whitts about you n trust your instincts, takecare Laura!🤗💜✌️
