At 39:06 when you jump down onto the road and point the camera to the left in the direction of the van, you can see what looks like your light reflecting off of something in the middle of the road and then you pan away and when you pan him back in that direction it's no longer there.

It was reflectors on the tree across the road from the van. If u slow the speed down to x.25 , you can see what it is. You can also pause it and zoom in for a clearer look. I seen it too and had to investigate and seen it was reflectors.
