As noted before, they are using the JSA contrary to its Code For Practice... 2007-there must be reasonable grounds. Clearly here there were no reasonable grounds and he surrendered with the justification that you 'never got the drone up;' this suggests that you were detained under the JSA for suspicion of using a drone!? 🤦‍♂ That was your best defence to date and it's good to see you pulling them up on the lack of grounds for using the JSA. The Force definitely was with you today👊

INVESTIGATION ORE SUSPICION BY SUPREME COURT IS ALREADY RULED THAT ITS NOT A REASON TO DETAIN ORE ID, you really need RAS , really a shame. what i hear, in the UK it takes only 9 months to be a cop, in my country it takes 3 yrs before you allowed to go on the streets

A really good video cj, it’s nice when you stand up to them, they try to think of ways to abuse their power, they are so desperate to control people. You turned it around at every point because you know your rights, this has helped me to know how to deal with the police and even the public when interacting as I also like photography, filming and have a drone. I was approached by an angry man yelling at me when I was flying my drone but now I know more it will help me to deal with it and not be bullied.. I thank you for that 🙏 it’s always nice to see your videos x

Hey Cj is that police station heavily fortified? Seriously though, if you want to break into the big time of auditing think of what to say before you start. When was the station built are there any interesting fact about it, what was that large building beside it, that looks interesting to be beside a police station? Know the name of the road that runs behind the station, give us some interesting facts a bit like Charlie Veitch, don't just get caught up with it all and keep repeating one fact. We know what you are about, just like all the rest so go get your reaction and exercise your rights. Another word of advice, if you can accept it, don't raise your voice, it makes you and others that do it sound hysterical, keep calm and moderate your tone, it is much more worrying to those in authority when you are calmly assertive than someone who sounds frightened and defensively aggressive, and should the video ever be seen by a Magistrate for whatever reason they could be persuaded that here is a man doing a public interest story about an interesting building who manner when confronted by police was calm and collected.

If it was the weevlad who detained you then he was the one who had to undetain you. CJ you have to check if your car reg is on any police list. This would be evidence of retaliation for any future stops. You can ask for reasons and dates on the record. Great as ever CJ, that was a massive walk /drive of shame.😎
