I think that it’s from the turbo releasing pressure but I’m not sure

It’s exclusive to the s55 engine usually you hear that because there is so much power coming from the engine so it causes the tires to spin off a bit and lose traction 😂

I dont think these other two replies are right. I think its a combination of the sound that these cars make when shifting up during load (theres like a deep airy brrr sound on mine) combined with him also letting off the gas mid shift or right after the shift so youre also hearing some of the exhaust burble sounds. Pressure release from the turbo waste gate does not sound like this, its usually either a hissing, whooshing, or whistling sound depending on setup and pressure at the time.
