I actually really like TZ Trist. After running Trist to get to level 15 at the beginning of the game, running it again at level 90 feels like the game came around full circle. It's kind of nostalgic.

Every time you find an item - then roll the dice to see if you get to keep it or not. But you only have 20% to keep it, making it 5 times harder than normal.

You inspired me to try hardcore mode, so I did. I begun with assassin, or I should say a trapsin. I leveled her to 78, I was in the middle of 3rd act and decided to farming. And, unfortunately, I died because of act I boss with curse, RIP. But it was fun, so thank you for the idea. :)

Only allowed items you can farm in Act one normal (technically this would include normal cows). Not allowed gear from any other act or difficulty. Rakanisu / Bishibosh / Countess / Andariel - wonder how viable this would be.....

colossus voulge needs more than 180str. you need at least 85 lvl merc to use it

This self inflicted restriction put new life to diablo imo because it again feels more like dungeon crawler and hard game and not like god like uber powerful person has no competition in the world of sanctuary. Try play it classic like d1 you can not run just walk whole game. Could be interesting to watch.
