As an artist who crosses genres, Terry might appreciate this. I learned of him from the writer John Sandford. In one of his novels, he tells of a character doing a late night long drive. The character considers it a good omen to find a radio station with the good taste to play The End of the World by Terry Allen. That made me look up Terry Allen and I would not have otherwise found him.
