He was flying after he signed on loan for us. I remember the game when he pulled his hamstring. he was about to blitz past the left back, as he normally did and just pulled up very quickly. He was never the same after that.

Terry certainly can talk. It's a shame he never got the chance to establish himself in the team. I guess there was no way he was going to budge Tricky Trev once he got going. Sounds like he has good memories of his time at Everton though. Nice to hear from him.

Cheers Andrew, yeah he was unlucky with injuries at key times but he played his part. No shame in not being able to budge Trevor Steven though !

I can tell you a story that involves Terry. I was about 19 I think and I cant remember the game (We were wearing the le coq sportif kit at the time) but I was near the dug out just to the Glwadys street side when Terry started warming up in front of me,. He had the tracky top on with the BIG motif on the back and I shouted "TERRY", he blanked me, so I tried again, louder, and he blanked me again, so I tried another 5 or 6 times when he turned around and looked right at me, I shouted, "You've got a fukkin BIG cock on your back"! He had a laugh as he warmed up and the crowd around me gave him a little song and a cheer. He probably wont remember but I wont forget it. And great interview btw mate, Thought it was really professional of you the way you just let him talk like that. haha
