@@ToffeeTVEFC Any time. I moved to New Zealand 9 years ago and have one mate here that is a blue so I don't really get a chance to chat about Everton much. Listening to you two helps a lot, although after watching Toffee TV my wife often complains that my accent gets "worse"!

Thanks so much for this. In a team full of world class players Bracewell was as far as I'm concerned the standout talent. I'm fortunate enough to have seen some great midfielders play for Everton and against us but Paul Bracewell is the best midfielder I've had the privilege to watch. Would have had a lot more recognition outside Goodison had he not had his England career cruelly cut short. Thank you

Was my era, looking back we were almost Supernatural, weird standing in the paddock back then, wasn't an arogance, no not at all, more of a privilege really, just couldn't see us getting beeten by anyone...... We were that GOOD! 1984-85? Halsyon Days.

My dad was in Turkey in the late 90's as part of a relief team for a massive earthquake over there .... One of the people he was working with was a massive Galatasary fan ....and got my dad a tour of their old stadium ....my dad goes for a piss in the toilets in the main stand ....and who is coming out the toilet ? ...PAUL BRACEWELL !!!! ...He was Fulham manager at the time and apparently there to negotiate a transfer .... How mental is that story !
