Remember those streams where everyone used to treat this dude like a laughingstock and clown on the strange things he did? I’d give anything to see a notification that terry was having one of those streams again. Not to laugh at him or troll him. To let him know how appreciated he is. I’ve had a bunch of friends with schizophrenia. They’re all such sweethearts. People treat them like trash, especially if they wind up on the streets. But the reality is, they’re human beings and have feelings like the rest of us. And on top of all the people laughing at them, they have to deal with a hellish experience of hearing things that aren’t there all the time. I can’t imagine Terry’s final days. How much suffering he was in. All alone, in a tent, abandoned by his family. Hungry. Cold. Hearing negative voices around him he can’t do anything about. Rest In Peace, King Terry. The internet loved you.

Its weird how i feel about this, so many people die each day but he was special, this video makes me so damn sad, i have been watching videos for about 1 week now, before i never heard of him, and ive thought that he died because of some illness regarding his mental state, i didnt know he jumped in front of a train because of this, but what made this video so haunting for me is the fact that he is somewhere random in a town away from the usual room he streams in, no place to stay and really nothing on him, giving this intense helpnessless to me. Rest in Peace Terry, you may never be forgotten.

The most sad/strange thing is how lucid he is, far more than any other video, he seems almost in his right mind, acknowledging his illness and realising people treat him differently for it. The man realised he was sick, yet there was nothing he could do about it. Also no mention of anything religious, or his OS, which I find interesting.
@itstoogooditswaytoogood32113 жыл бұрын
"no mention of anything religious, or his OS, which I find interesting" he doesn't talk about his OS in most of his videos and as far as he was concerned he completed the final version of TempleOS years before that video. as for religion he calls himself "king" and "impure" for religious reasons and a lot of his videos weren't him explicitly talking about God either.

@@daithiocinnsealach1982 Terry was a troubled man; everyone already knows this. However, it simply isn't fair to just throw these quotes around as if they represent the whole of who he was. They are just one of the side effects of both his troubled, dark history and his *diagnosed mental disorder*. Terry was an example of how cruel this world can really be. In spite of what was clearly a vast amount of knowledge and intelligence, and in spite of the numerous resources of professional help now available to us through the internet, and in spite of his numerous run-ins with the law which should have gotten him the help he desperately needed, he was left on his own, his mind to slowly deteriorate. To say this is tragic is to make the understatement of the millennium. He was misunderstood, taken out of context, and labelled unfairly by people like you, and it ultimately led to the waste of incredible potential. Personally, the quotes you posted only serve to make me even more sad about his passing. He was misguided, perhaps tormented by his disorder and his own mind. He likely didn't fully understand the impact of what he was saying, and had he gotten the proper help, he could have been one of the greatest contributing minds of our time. If your goal was to change our minds about feeling sorry for a man who was brutally beaten by an unforgiving world, a man who, despite his own limitations, sought to make something great of himself, then I'm sorry to say that you haven't and you won't.
