way better to watch on mute, now i can see how the cake is made without feeling like im saying farewell to a village of people who looked up to me and will no longer see me around anymore.. . . .

Isn't this baumkuchen, a German cake? 1st time seeing it baked like this. I usually see the batter is pour directly onto the cake, which requires a lot of skill. If not the cake won't have the same thickness or fall off the stick.

So, what do you do with the Ring Cake? Cream, fruit, vegetables, fish, chicken, meat? Oh. Stuff it with mashed potatoes and bathe with BBQ sauce.

Their work process is all about efficiency, precise and very methodical. I don’t see that they waste too much of the materials, i expect they calculated exactly to the gram for every roll, every shifts everyday.

Its an amazing technique and whats even more amazing how there isn't a giant mess or even a little mess even when the gentleman is putting the glaze on. Love it!!! 💜❤💙
