Wow. Just wow. Hoe fast did you cycle? As a person from the Netherlands I am amazed that for a city like New York there seems to be almost no cycling infrastructure. What would New York look like with Dutch level cycling infrastructure (gold standard and literally everywhere). No more traffic jams.

Because unfortunately, in NYC the bike lanes are far more dangerous to ride in and ironically I feel much safer riding with traffic. It may seem counterintuitive, but after 10 years of riding experience I know by now that when the bike lane is seemingly empty, people/cars/Ubers/etc are guaranteed to obstruct them by walk into them without looking or just parking there. I’ve gotten comfortable with riding like this, I feel safer this way, but def don’t recommend it if you’re not 110% confident with your bike handling skills 💚

So adorable, blowing through red lights cause obviously traffic rules don't apply when you're adorable. Complaining about drivers not using blinkers when she's literally breaking traffic laws several times in a 10 minute video. What a fucking hypocrite, you don't get to be angry at drivers when you're endangering everyone around you. Her passive aggressiveness towards drivers when they don't give her the space she wants and two seconds later she blows through another red light is actually infuriating. How little self awareness can you have, come on.

The irony of some of her statements “People should be fired for honking too much “ Yet runs a red light in front of moving traffic 🤦🏻 She is skilled and quick. But I’ve noticed that many cyclists are still alive in these videos because vehicle drivers stop for them.
