Question; under section 26 of the misuse of drugs Act 1977/84 the Garda can apply for a search warrant under section 26. The question is why have the Garda got 30 days after the issuhsing of the search warrant to execute the search warrant, surely if they believe a crime is being committed they would execute the search warrant immediately…
