TES V: Skyrim | Glitch | Getting infinite permanent enchantments

For anybody else wanting to try this out, I have found moving the cursor in from the side (right-to-left) makes the timing a bit easier. This also allows rapidly levelling enchanting by repeatedly disenchanting a duplicated item with a high enchantment magnitude. Tested with a Necklace of Peerless Sneaking and 30% levelling boost (Mage Stone + Well Rested), had to disenchant 41 of them to raise Enchanting from 15 to 100.

I return to Skyrim every once in a while. Mods really help to make it feel like diving into a "newish" game. But I will never forget the total hilarity of being able to build yourself up in vanilla gameplay with infinite variety. I have never seen this particular exploit before, but kudos on finding yet another strand in their spaghetti code.

This is awesome! I didn't even know you could perform the disenchant glitch on mouse and keyboard. Great find!

PSA: it actually works with SkyUI and/or gamepad. For latter, just make sure that dummy and target items are next to each other, and move LS to desired direction at the same time as pressing A button. That's it. It requires very good precision so don't expect to pull it of first try. I spent like 15-20 attempts first time and now am able to pull this off in 5-10.

Creating lag by making a screenshot also helps. You can press print screen followed by confirm and up or down and that usually also works.

I found it to be easier to load a different save (with a different cell) then load back to the save, instead of quitting to desktop.

Doesn't work on Anniversary console I guess because of lack of quickload

There is a quickload on console, just load quicksave. But as far as I get it, you've got no mouse to glitch the interface...
