Oh bless you! My hay fever has been awful this year, currently on holiday and been up since 5am because of it. I read that a spoonful of honey a day is supposed to help and funnily enough I was having honey on toast every day until 2 weeks ago 🤷🏼‍♀️ I hope you feel better soon sweetheart 🙏🏼❤️😘

Awww bless you, it looks really sore. I’m struggling with hay fever too , I don’t know if it’s particularly bad this year but we all seem to be suffering. It’s my eyes mainly as well, just constantly feel like they have sand in all the time, it drives me mad trying not to itch. One year I ended up on an inhaler, eye drops and nasal spray as well as antihistamines it was so bad. Great haul and video as usual xx

Hope the hayfever gets better for you. It's been awful this year. I use an app to scan foods. It tells you what is ultra processed and what isnt. Really useful x

Claire I have the same issue as you do with my eye in particular the right one, it gets red and watery and quite painful and sometimes it’s even gotten infected, so I feel your pain with that. I hope your eye settles down again quickly ❤❤❤

What do you check for when your looking at the ingredients on your food? I’m also trying to make better choices when it comes to feeding my family x

I'm looking at the ingredient list, and anything that wouldn't be found in a typical kitchen usually means it's ultra processed. Also I'm not buying things with any sweetener in because I've heard nothing good about them. Things with lots of emulsifiers in and names of things that I can't pronounce. There is a lot of controversy surrounding these injections. I’m not into scaremongering and it’s up to individual choice but personally I would not have the injection. If you get chance, do some reading around it! It’s quite scary, each to their own though x

Hi. Hope you will not find this offended but watching your videos for longer time especially a food shop I feel a bit irritated. You complain so much about food prices, yet wants to leave healthy. Prices went up, cheap products comes with crap ingredients unfortunately but as long you can afford it’s all fine - I think.

I'm not offended, but this is exactly my point. It should not cost more to lead a healthy lifestyle and buy products without chemicals in. I know they use the cheap chemical sweeteners because they're cheaper, but that just means that people who cannot afford to make healthier choices have no choice but to buy food that will not benefit them as much nutritionally, and may lead to health problems further down the line. Yet again it a system that punishes people for not being affluent enough to buy healthy food. And food prices are still increasing. I want to buy the healthy food and not have sweetener in anything I feed my children, but I simply cannot afford to keep putting my grocery budget up and up indefinitely because our income isn't increasing and other bills are increasing at the same time. And we still need to try and have some money spare for leisure time and other things we need to buy i.e. clothes, shoes, school trips, birthday, Christmas. Pretty much everyone is feeling the pinch, and it is really annoying because we were all being stretched to begin with. So I'm sorry if me speaking the truth is irritating to you, but you that's the fact of the matter in my situation and many other people's situations and I won't be quiet about it and my opinions on the subject.
