yeah it is just you, tin sizes are standardized and have not changed since the 1930s. Instead of making them smaller, the way they get us is by making what's in the tin more watery and filling it up less and less.

Actually, John Cleese was one of the reasons Sainsbury's would lose to Tesco in 1995. His shouting in the adverts caused it to be one of the most complained about ads of its era.
