A quick faux hollandaise can be a mix of mayonnaise mixed with good Dijon mustard and garlic powder. Squeeze lemon into cooked fish and add dollop of Mayo Dijon mix.

I have to alternate between one week asda one week tesco for certain things and every where is expensive but I'm really finding asda has over took tesco and pop in aldi once a month for bit and what use to be 28ish is now around 45 x

Flora is what I have to use for my daughter and it’s nearly £5 a pack! Also pepsi is always a great price if you want to stock up at Asda or Farmfoods and currently in store at Tescos it’s 2 big packs for £12 x

Masserate the blackberries with a bit of sugar. Then blitz and use it in you muffins that way

Something my nan used to make was blackberry and apple desserts ( she called it splodge) 😂 it's basically blackberries and apples boiled together once soft drain and push through a sieve, you don't need the pulp. Add a bit of sugar Then mix together with custard and wait until cool pop in the fridge until set and it makes a nice dessert

Great Tesco haul Carly You’re right, prices are extortionate now. I have 3 cats and I feed them wet and dry food. It’s now costing me £23 a week just to feed them. Nothing fancy,just Felix and Purina dry. absolutely crazy. Hope you feel better soon.x

food prices are at an all time joke... looking forward to our holiday..4 years we have waited since lock down.changed rules so set us back... all inclusive so told kids to fill their boots.. save my shopping on return as be such of food lol x
