Agreed. Range needs to improve. Idk why they didn’t just offer a larger battery in the first place. The range extender doesn’t make sense

Nice overview! But… You mention in the video two 12v outlets in the back. You meant 120v. These are likely NEMA 5-20 outlets with 20 amp supply. And never mention catching fire with Tesla - that’s not a thing, too much fud as it is out there.
@TeslaFlex11 ай бұрын
Thanks for catching that. I got it mixed up when I was going through it and knew there was something to reshoot. I didn’t get enough time to fully learn the CT before doing the overview and review because the screen wasn’t working on the first day 😅
@SCWgreg11 ай бұрын
@@TeslaFlex no worries. But you can do the community a huge favor - no one has confirmed if the outlets in the back are 15 amp or 20 amp. The plug configuration suggests they are 20 amp rated. That’s a big deal.

If only KZbinrs would stop calling this Truck a car... 🙄
@richardkule938411 ай бұрын
It seems strange to hear it referred to as a car, but a truck is a type of car, car being short for carriage, a four wheeled vehicle which carries people.
@MagnumGaming111 ай бұрын
@@richardkule9384 In modern usage, "car" typically refers to a smaller passenger vehicle designed primarily for personal transportation, offering better fuel efficiency, easier handling, and lower maintenance costs compared to trucks. Trucks are larger, designed for utility, with the ability to haul and tow significant weight. They come with higher fuel consumption and maintenance costs. These practical differences reflect everyday usage and expectations of what a "car" is, aligning more with personal, everyday transportation rather than the heavy-duty utility associated with trucks. Therefore, calling a truck a "car" may lead to confusion, as it does not accurately reflect the vehicle's intended purpose or capabilities.... ✌🏽

CT ... hm... interesting design, but for me biggest deal breaker is the poor visibility all around with those pillars, the tradicional style trucks and SUVs have so much better visibility. For example take Forester or Range Rover for the best visibility. Also at night it looks so bad with just one big screen in the middle. All teslas do. Then you get into any car, even a Civic looks so nice for night driving. Then when just cruising slowly, having that tight ratio steering is just annoying for the driver and for the occypants and has an artificial sence. All those things and many more like the absence of stalks make this car so impractical for everyday driving. But its a great toy for weekends etc.... if you like to drive somethnig different, fighting to get used to it and to overcome "problems" which have been solved decades ago by most convencional cars.
