Drove FSD 13.2.2 today for the first time. Been driving FSD since May '22. Not only did I have no disengagements and no interventions, I was not compelled to intervene. It may start at $2/mile...but it won't be there for long. It will drop rapidly until it is cheaper than driving your own car ~$.50/mile. The miles will be huge so the revenue will still be huge, but running extrapolations at $2 is not smart, will be less than a year at that price.

Recently traveling in Chiang Mai, Bangkok, Kuala Lumpur. Seeing tons of Chinese EVs, some Teslas. Contrast that to Seattle with tons of Teslas. IMO Tesla is going to have to physicaIly upgrade cars with HW3 and the cameras. I drive FSD on HW 3 all the time and there are non dangerous interventions every drive. Glare stops the car a lot. FSD can drive slow, over cautious, and the speed limit when no one else is. There's no flip of a button to make all existing Teslas robocabs. Jeannine

Don’t let the most dangerous “T-bone” side collision morph into “Tesla-Bone”. Even v13.2.2 fails and pulls in front of high speed cross traffic which has the right of way on unprotected stop signs. I know this can be trained based on potentially fatal collisions, but please don’t role this version out to the fleet. It’s not the “March of Nines” for v13.2.2 demonstrates this dangerous flaw on just a handful of beta testers over a few hundred cumulative hours of operation.

And for those who can't wrap their head around a Trillion dollar company pivoting to an entirely different product and business model. look no further than to when Apple opened their iPhone App Store (Remember the iPhone came out and for a while they didn't have an app store). When the iPhone came out it was huge for the hardware sales but it wasn't a massive pivot for the company, they just went from making laptops to phones. Once they opened the app store, however, things got NUTTY ! Profit margins went bonkers, and Apple pivoted from being a tech hardware company, to a software and subscription company. The market cap from back then until now looks like a rounding error. Now look at Tesla, and see that they are doing the same thing, only with MUCH more of a technology moat around them.
