You can try disconnecting the 12 volt for a bit and see if it will charge up. The 12 volt runs the computer so it can forget or reset like a lot of cars. Electrified garage can fix it, or Grubers.

@@coolclipshawaii I did try that and no luck. Waiting until I can drop the pack and replace bad module
