Keep in mind that you are usually NOT waiting for the Tesla to heat up. Quiet the contrary in fact: You can just START THE WARMUP FROM YOUR PHONE and when you go out to the car it's already warmed up and you are getting into a warm car with warm seats and a warm steering wheel. So i would argue that not only isn't it bad, its amazing.

Thanks for highlighting the fantastic perks of Tesla preheating! Heating the steering wheel, seats and all of the interior with the touch of a button is indeed amazing. I completely agree!

So EVs are not the ideal choice for hard winter...I own a MY RWD, but I live in Italy...far better weather temperature...one day I will visit Finland for sure...but may be in what you call summer 😁you have new subscriber by the way

I'm sorry to hear i gave you that impression about EVs during winter. While it's true that power can be reduced, regenerative braking disabled, and consumption may double compared to summer, I personally wouldn't opt for a diesel car in winter here, as they come with their own set of challenges. 😄 In the meantime, I completely agree that the Italian sun makes EV driving more enjoyable. Thanks a lot for subscribing to my channel, and your kind words mean the world to me!

Can you also do EMF testing?
@liimatankari5 ай бұрын
I'll leave the EMF testing to the experts with the high-tech gear needed for that. Thanks for the suggestion, though!

Is this the Model Y from GigaBerlin with BYD blade LFP battery? Thanks!

Thanks for your question! My Tesla Model Y was actually manufactured in China, and as far as I know it's LFP battery is produced by CATL, not BYD.
