Good thing is that before visiting Tesla or going to any certified Tesla body shop, you can submit a quote request online through Tesla App. Write what needs repair, upload pictures and Tesla will give you a quote. If you find it reasonable, call Tesla. If not, consult with any other certified body shop. My preference is always Tesla.
