Where can you see and determine the IV or IV crush?

Typically IV will drop about 50% after earnings sometimes upwards of 60%. The way you determine how bad the IV crush will be is you look at Vega on the options chain. For each percent IV either decreases or increases, Vega determines how much the price of the option premium is affected by each percentage point move in IV. Hopefully that helps

Tesla is very risky when doing a straddle.. I do a lot of straddle trades, and this one is not worth it. Remember, this is money you are risking.. and if you can't afford to loose that money... stay on the sidelines, and just trade it the next day on Thursday.

You all already know Tesla sales are DOWN.. lower in 2024 than 2023 .. growth phase is DONE. The stock is bubbled to the max ... at 26X the forward PE of GM (who has more EV models than Tesla, lol). Correcting to GM's forward PE, implies a stock price for TSLA of $16 .. but let's double that for robot stuff coming 10yrs from now... $32, that's where I would considering buying it.
