My car followed me down my street and came to me when I walked back to my home. I took it to our grocery store twice today but the place was very, very busy because I live in Tampa Florida and everyone is stocking up for the hurricane. The first time that I tried come to me, my car was parked in a row that is angled parking and the angle was away from the store. When I called the car, it went around to the next row and tried to come down an angled parking row against the traffic and got stuck in front of another car that was impatiently waiting for my car to get out of the way. The next time I went to the store, I parked in the angled parking row where the car could back out and drive down the row the correct direction. It started and stopped repeatedly because cars and people were constantly getting in its way. When it finally got to me and stopped, it was essentially parked at an angle partially blocking traffic. A guy yelled at me as I loaded my groceries that I had in a shopping cart while the car was in a bad position. I drive Uber and am using FSD for every pickup and dropoff. My riders love it as soon as it make the first unaided turn. With 12.3.6, the car would stop in front of the store or business. Today, it got to the front of the business and then turned into the parking lot. It was going to find a parking spot for me. After I dropped off the rider, I went back and repeated approaching the business and I let the car go into the parking lot. A "P" shows on an available parking spot or any that I approach from there. When I press the "P", the car backs into the parking spot. I charged my car to 95% a little while ago in preparation for the hurricane. I have and large inverter, a heavy extension cord and have used my Chevy Volt to power essentials in my house in previous hurricane related power outages. I intend to try this with the Tesla attaching the inverter to the 12 volt battery. At the supercharger, I decided to try to use the "P" self parking. It backed into the charger just fine but it wanted to back too far by going to the white line in the parking spot. I had to stop it manually. Overall, it WILL be exceptional especially since I have been out in the heavy rains of the outer bands of the hurricane but it is not there yet as far as I am concerned.
