I like my Fluke but I got it due to my fathers job as he has like 5-6 of them...LOL But yeah for most people that is all they need, and you are right most people don't need to every use everything a Fluke offers and I only know how it works due to Dad. LOL My Fluke goes back to made here before they sold out I looked in up on eBay a few years ago and it sells used for $300 still...hahaha

It's cheaper to blow up a inexpensive meter than to replace one fancy meter fuse.
