Install spring back in and then use air Impact to break it loose. Yes, heat does work also.

Not a big fan of Tubeless, I went to extra heavy duty 4mm thick tubes and run them at 9psi and I've never had a flat in 3 years of woods and desert riding, I shouldn't have said anything because now I'll probably get a flat on my next ride.

Why would you put a 10 foot extension on a bolt you are having problems with? All you're doing is putting more side load on the fastner causing it to slip even easier?

Is there a spacer for a2020 ktm 350 xcf for a wider chain i got a Dirt tricks front sprocket and Renthal SRS R3 off road chain and saw it might hit the case I haven’t installed yet but don’t want to open so I can return do you have any answers/ advice?

I don't know about spacers, but many sprockets are offset. Maybe you just need to flip it over?
