When I read the comments on every video on T&S the singular sentiment is 99.9% they SHOULD BE together for life! Being separated and shacking up with other people almost feels like a betrayal of 22 years that fans have invested on their partnership. If it's really true it was all platonic (which is BS to me), then it's time we let go of the dream of T&S.

The love was a lie which changed the tone of the skating. All fake, there was no reason for the fake love. They are fake and they are real good at it, shame.

@Linda Sidney These two with their attractiveness,talent,charisma and acting ability have it all but it's coming to an end. They are retiring and Scott is engaged but not to Tessa. That's what tells you they were a coached and marketed partnership from way back. They always denied being a "couple" even though their behavior said otherwise. It's certainly possible over the course of their long partnership that they had an intimate relationship at some point. What other other skating pairs had a reality TV show, 2 books about them,numerous TV/radio appearances, photo shoots,etc. If all that romantic behavior was real they would have been married by now. No one sustains that level of "emotion" and keeps it platonic that long! If S&T were really a couple would the public's interest in them be as high cuz that "are they aren't they" factor kept the debate going. I think their families definitely had a role in driving the Virtue/Moir package. Fans seem to be devastated that Scott is going to marry someone else.

In every interview, they get asked if they’re an actual couple. In every interview, the both of them say “NO”. They never lied about their love. It’s just that you people are unable to comprehend that “love” isn’t necessarily romantic. You choose to delude yourself, when they say time and time again that they are not romantically involved. You’re the one who’s brain can’t register the fact that a man and a woman can love each other without being IN love with one another. Your mind is the problem, and it’s your loss.
