I am literally in love with your workouts! I love how you never really repeat any exercises and you only do like 10-12 reps of each so it never gets boring...time goes by so quick and i have so much fun doing them! its better than those workouts that make you repeat the same exercises 3-5 times -_-

How come you can eat so many calories and stay so toned and in great shape? I know you said that the more food the merrier, but it's said that weight is all calories in and calories out and that if you eat a lot you'd just gain weight regardless of what food you eat. So I'm confused, was wondering if you could make a video about this or if anyone would answer that would be great :). No hate though!! Loved the video and definitely looking forward to your ebook.

Society has us used to the idea of counting calories and restricting, but a healthy lifestyle shouldn't pay attention to any restrictions. Our body tells us when we have had enough. A good plant based lifestyle and regular movement should be the main focus.

+lilbaby She ate 1900 calories in this video, considering she will also eat dinner she probably eats around 2700-3000 calories a day. It's not that much as she excercises a lot and she is a young woman so her body burn a lot of calories itself :) Moreover her food is super healthy, full of fiber and low in fat :)

Some people just have different metabolisms I guess. I wish I could eat that much and not gain weight lol. I suppose what everyone should focus on is what their body is telling them, it's just hard sometimes trying not to worry about calories.

Tess!! loved the video but did you really eat that much before your workout? I mean if you waited like 2-3 hors thats okay but if you didn't your body doesn't digest the food properly and you can get cramps and pains . Not trying to attack just help :) (its called blood shunting btw)

Yes i do eat like that, of course not every single day the same meal but mostly things like that! I waited like an hour and a bit before working out. If i workout straight away ill only have something small like fruit. My body digests food fast and i feel fine when working out. Everyones differen

I'm not sure whether she does or not but I can speak from personal experience: working out while on your period can actually help you curb period symptoms (cramps, back pain, headaches, etc...). Also you burn the most calories while on your period so make sure you carb up to restore your bodies nutrients :)
