Are you leaving the grapefruit in tact as you show it cut in half with skin/rhine on it? Does the Mod Juicer handle Wheatgrass?

It's ground up green tea leaf, and the difference from normal tea is that you eat the leaf itself not just the juices.

Also, the caffeine of matcha responds differently in the body than the caffeine in coffee. Lasts a little longer but doesn’t have as high of a peak and crash.

I use Kenko Tea organic ceremonial matcha (15% off discount code 'TESSBEGG') Whisk 2-3 tsp matcha powder with 30ml warm/hot water. Add the blueberry compote in the bottom of glass, then ice, soy milk and pour over the matcha. Stir and enjoy! Blueberry compote: 1/2 cup frozen blueberries, dash of lemon juice, 1/2 tbsp agave or maple syrup. Mix in a pot over medium heat, mash with a fork or once cooled add it to a blender and process until smoother.
